Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so any changes or cancellations must be requested before your order is shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests made after the product has been dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it for a full refund excluding shipping costs, once you receive it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery is available only within Egypt.
We accept mobile wallets in Egypt such as Vodafone Cash and Telda, as well as all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Bitcoin, and Western Union transfers.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our office. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Saturday and Thursday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on Fridays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 5-7 days to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 15 days for deliveries within Egypt or 30 days for international orders, you’re eligible for a full refund.
How do I return an item?
If you received the wrong product or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at xcartags@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. We’ll guide you through the return process and make things right.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and the original box included.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
