Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

 You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 Items must be in their original condition.

 All original packaging, accessories, and the original box must be included.

Note on Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details so we can resolve it quickly.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.

2. If returning due to an issue or refund request, specify your preferred refund account details (InstaPay or Mobile Wallet).

3. We will guide you through the next steps to complete your return.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

 Before shipment: Contact us immediately and we may be able to modify or cancel your order.

 After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled en route, but you can return the item once received, provided you contact us within 7 days.

Shipping Fees for Returns

 General Returns: For returns not related to a mistake on our part (such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong item by mistake), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. These fees will be deducted from your final refund amount.

 Our Mistake / Defective Items: We cover return shipping costs only if the item arrived damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was sent.

 Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Processing

 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

 Approved refunds are issued directly via InstaPay or Mobile Wallet (e.g., Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, etc.).

 Refund processing times may vary depending on carrier delivery schedules.
