Orders are processed from Saturday to Thursday. We do not process or ship orders on Fridays.

Undelivered Orders
If you do not receive your order within the timeframes below, you are eligible for a full refund:

Order Changes & Cancellations
We aim to process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, changes are not possible. However, you can return the item once received for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
